hello, im mel. im a digital artist based in ukraine.I enjoy creating atmospheric character-centered pieces with motifs and symbolism :) but i also like drawing cute things. let's get along well!

character illustration
a lined, colored piece with minimal rendering/shading. blank or simple background. can include up to 5 characters maximum.
bust 30USD
half-body 40USD
full-body 70USDadditional fees applied to base price:

Complex character design +40%
props(detailed weapons, simple animals/creature companions, detailed food etc.) +30%

rendered illustration
a painterly piece with atmospheric coloring. allows for more complex background environments(if requested.) more polished and thorough work for a higher price. may take a while.
100USD and up. due to the process of a work like this, i would rather manually negotiate the price and availability based on your request and character.

Skeb-like sketch page
a page of 3 character sketches with situational coloring and shading(both mostly minimal). less quality but much quicker delivery time.
one character 30USD
pairing 40USDhow it works: no progress shots or revisions, so please don’t forget anything important in your initial request. i might include freebie chibis/objects to fill space but it is not guaranteed.
30usd for one character(3 sketches of the same character), 40usd for pairing(1 sketch of first character, 1 sketch of second character and 1 sketch of both interacting).

1-hour timed sketch
as the name suggests, i get your request done in one hour without revisions. you can request anything, but bear in mind how the time limit may affect the quality.

*examples may not reflect the actual product because these pieces were not timed, but they are closest to what the end product will look like. i will make sure to provide more accurate images in the near future.

the things i am absolutely not doing are nsfw/suggestive subjects, art with (overt or subtle) bigotry/hate speech, heavy gore, and detailed mech/armor or architecture.otherwise, there may be subjects im not confident in, such as some animal species or elderly people, but i can draw them with a reference. if your request contains any of those, i will be sure to let you know immideately.to answer a bunch of questions off the go, what i CAN draw includes, but is not limited to: humans, animals, creatures, furries/anthro, any other non-human characters, body horror, mild gore/violence, plants/flowers, characters from a picrew/game, fanart, your AU's and more.

Generalyou are not allowed to make product with, exchange, resell, or make any profit from my work in any shape or form. commissioned pieces are for personal use only(such as pfp, banner, video thumbnails etc.) unless you pay for that right and receive express written permission from me.When using my work, please credit me as @melenthropy.Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce and sell physical prints/charms/standees and other merchandise in the future as I see fit. I will notify you if so.i reserve the right to post the finished commission online or put it in my portfolio with a protective watermark unless requested otherwise.I retain all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.additional charges may be applied depending on your request and the character design/s provided. everything listed in the pricing is only base prices.PaymentPayment will be done through paypal in US dollars.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to take the commission and requested you to send me the payment.Payment must be paid in full before i start the commission. i will only begin work when the full payment has been received.in special circumstances, we can negotiate a payment plan, but i have the right to decline.Refund/cancellationonce i have received payment and started working on the commission, you do not have the right to cancel and/or demand a refund.*However, if payment has not been made yet, you or i are both allowed to back out of the commission request for any reason.* - In the rare event where i myself feel that i cannot complete the commission at all, be it because of health or other circumstances, i will give a partial refund depending on how much progress has been done. - Retain all copyrights of the commissioned artwork
- Do not claim ownership of any Intellectual Property (IP) in the commissioned artwork
- Reserve the right to include the commissioned artwork in my portfolio or post it online.The client (you):
- Retains the rights to any of their IP included
- May upload commissioned artwork to their social media if they choose to
- Is not allowed to alter the original artwork without my consent, the exception being cropping/resizing.
- Is not allowed to profit off of the commissioned artwork (unless commercial fee has been paid and express written approval has been received)
